Janet Basagic is a Senor Associate and Director of Administration for Latshaw & Associates. In this capacity, Janet has wide-ranging responsibilities which include system development, contract management and quality control. In addition, Janet coordinates all initial administrative requirements associated with executive coaching and executive recruitment engagements, as well as goal setting, team building and other facilitation projects.
Janet has over 20 year of local government management experience having previously served as a Senior Management Analyst, Administrative Services and Human Resources Director, and Assistant Township Manager in communities in West Virginia, Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Janet has her BA in Accounting from Fairmont State University in West Virginia and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute. She is also certified and proficient in the administration of a wide range of behavioral, 360 and other executive assessments.
